Understanding the Pickscan dashboard

Dashboard overview

The dashboard is the first page you see when you open Pickscan. It shows a real-time summary of your warehouse activity for the current day, including orders picked, active picks, pending orders, pick accuracy, and stock scans.

Stats row

Five key metrics appear across the top of the dashboard. Each shows today's value with yesterday's total for comparison.

• Orders Picked — the number of completed orders today.
• Active Picks — orders currently being picked by a user on a device.
• Pending Orders — orders waiting to be picked.
• Pick Rate — the percentage of barcode scans that matched the expected item on the first attempt.
• Stock Scans — the number of stock/inventory scans performed today.

Live scanning feed

The live scanning feed is a real-time activity stream that updates every 5 seconds. Each entry shows the user who performed the action, what they did, and when.

The badge in the card header shows Live when activity has been detected in the last 15 minutes, or Inactive when there has been no activity for longer than that.

Today's leaderboard

The leaderboard ranks your team by the number of scans completed today. Each user's row shows their name, current task, total scan count, and a breakdown of orders, item scans, and stock scans.

Users are assigned a level based on their total lifetime picks. The levels are Cadet, Pilot, Navigator, Commander, Captain, Admiral, and Legend.

Hourly throughput

The throughput chart shows warehouse activity by hour of the day. Use the tabs to switch between three views:

• Orders — orders picked per hour.
• Items — items scanned per hour.
• Users — active users per hour.

A summary below the chart shows the Peak Hour and the Average per Hour across the day.

Devices

The devices section shows a card for each registered device. Each card displays the device name, its current status, the signed-in user, and when it was last active.
