Using the Activity Logs

The activity log records every order scan and stock check your warehouse team completes in Pickscan. Filter by user, date, or reference to trace activity across your fulfilment history.

Entry types

The log has two entry types:

  • Order — picking, scanning, and fulfilment activity against a specific order.
  • Stock — stock checks performed in the Pickscan Android app.

Entries are read-only; the log is a record of what happened and cannot be edited.

Filter the log

Use the filter fields at the top of Activity Logs to narrow results:

Date From / Date ToRestrict to a date range

Select Search to apply, or Clear Filters to reset. Results show 50 entries per page — use the pagination controls at the bottom of the list to move through larger sets.

Read a log entry
