Using the Activity Logs

Entry types

The log has two entry types:

• Order — picking, scanning, and fulfilment activity against a specific order.
• Stock — stock checks performed in the Pickscan Android app.

Entries are read-only; the log is a record of what happened and cannot be edited.

Filter the log

Use the filter fields at the top of Activity Logs to narrow results:

Filter	What it does
Entry/Info	Text search across the description field
User	Restrict to a single picker
Reference	Match an order number or SKU exactly
Date From / Date To	Restrict to a date range

Select Search to apply, or Clear Filters to reset. Results show 50 entries per page — use the pagination controls at the bottom of the list to move through larger sets.

Read a log entry

Column	What it shows
Date	Date and time of the action
Type	Order or Stock
Reference	The order number, SKU, or barcode that was scanned
User	The picker who performed the action
Entry/Info	A description of the action
