Generating a Printable Pick List
Select orders from the picking queue and print a consolidated, location-sorted gather sheet. You need unfulfilled Shopify orders in the queue.
Before you begin
- Ensure you have unfulfilled Shopify orders in the Pickscan picking queue.
If your store uses Minimum items per pick list, you will need to select enough orders to meet the threshold before the Print button becomes available. You can change this threshold in Pick-list and picking settings.
If you want the gather sheet to follow your warehouse layout, add bin locations to your products first.
Print a pick list
- Open the picking queue
Open Pickscan and go to the Scan page. The queue shows your unfulfilled Shopify orders.
- Narrow the queue if needed
Use the date range (From and To) and Status filter (All, Ready to Pick, or In Progress) to narrow the list. Select Clear filters to remove applied filters.
- Select orders
Tick the orders you want on the pick list. Select all (above the list) selects every order currently loaded, and Clear removes the selection. Large queues load in pages of 250 — if Load more orders appears at the bottom, there are more orders than are currently shown. Load them in before using Select all if you want them included, as Select all only covers the orders already loaded.
- Check the selection bar
If you have not met the minimum yet, Pickscan shows how many more items are needed. When the selection is ready, Print pick list is enabled.
- Click Print pick list
The pick list downloads as a PDF to your device. The first section is a consolidated, location-sorted gather sheet; the following pages use your Order pages setting.

Troubleshooting
Print pick list is disabled. Select more orders until the item count meets the minimum, or set Minimum items per pick list to 0 in Pick-list and picking settings.
You selected too many orders. A single pick list is limited to 500 orders. If you see Pick lists are limited to 500 orders, narrow your selection or use the date range to split a busy queue into smaller lists.
No orders match your filters. Widen the date range, remove a filter, or select Clear filters.
The PDF does not download. Check that your browser allows downloads from the Shopify admin domain, then click Print pick list again. If Pickscan shows Could not generate pick list, retry or contact Pickscan support.
Some items are not sorted into a location. Add a bin location to the product or variant in Shopify, then check Bin location level in Pick-list and picking settings.
