Using activity logs
The activity log records every scan and action performed in the Pickscan mobile app and pack stations. Search by user, date, reference, or description to trace warehouse activity.
What activity logs show
The Activity Logs page displays a unified timeline of every scan and action recorded by the Pickscan mobile app and pack stations. This includes order scans, item verifications, stock checks, and other warehouse actions.
Each log entry shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | When the action was performed |
| Scan Type | Either Order or Stock |
| Reference | The order number (for order logs) or SKU (for stock logs) |
| User | The user who performed the action |
| Entry/Info | A description of what happened |
Results are sorted newest first, with 50 entries per page.
Searching activity logs
Use the filter fields above the results table to find specific activity:
- Entry/Info — search by description text.
- User — filter by a specific user.
- Date From / Date To — filter by date range.
- Reference — search by order number or SKU.
All filters are optional and can be combined. Click Search to apply your filters.
