Scanning a Linnworks order with Pickscan

Entering an order number

To begin scanning, enter the order number through either barcode scanning or manual keyboard input on the Pickscan for Android app. Once you provide a valid order number, the system displays the order contents on screen.

Picking and scanning items

The scanning process involves picking items and scanning them as you work through the order. The interface provides visual feedback:

• In-progress items turn blue as you begin scanning them.
• Completed order lines turn green once all items in that line have been scanned.

This colour-coding helps you track your progress through the picking workflow and ensures you do not miss any items before completing the order.
